Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
The 'Seaside Annexe' is self-contained, 1 bedroomed accommodation. It is light and airy with vaulted ceilings, overlooking the English Channel and featuring an ensuite shower room, TV, rear garden, lounge & dining area, south facing deck and fully equipped kitchen.

It is directly on the coastal path with secluded beaches on the doorstop and the South Downs National Park a short walk away.

We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton which has something to offer for everyone.

The space
The Annexe is light and bright - seaside living. Relax and unwind. We provide a selection of teas, coffee, biscuits, chocolates and bubbly to help you settle in.

We can also provide a breakfast pack catered to your own requirements and preferences. Please ask for details.

The Annexe is equipped with home comforts to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including hard and soft pillows, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, coat hangers and bedside USB charging points.

Guest access
The Annexe its self contained with a private entrance, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and lounge area. There is also a secluded rear garden area and south facing decking area.

Other things to note
We are nearly always here to welcome you in person, but for late check-in's (or in the rare event that we can not greet you) the keys will be in a Key Safe, and we will message you the details in advance of your check-in.

Neighborhood highlights

The vibrant city of Brighton & Hove is 6 miles west and easily accessible on foot, by public transport or car. No matter what your likes are, Brighton will cater for them.
There are a multitude of restaurants, arts, theatres, pubs, clubs, cafes and shopping; not forgetting the I-360, the Pier, the Royal Pavilion and the historic Lanes.

Brighton Marina also has a cinema, gym, more restaurants and access to boat trips including fishing and sight seeing trips.

Closer to home, Saltdean with it's Art Deco lido and sandy beach is just a walk over the hill (1 mile). Rottingdean with Kipling Gardens and quaint village shops is 2 miles away.


The local post office and chemist, Indian restaurant and fish and chip shop are all 2 minutes walk away, with supermarkets a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk. We also have a Costa!

Heading east, Newhaven has a historic Fort and museum (4 miles) and Eastbourne is a 40 minute bus route away and passes Seven Sisters Country Park. During the summer you can take the open top bus.
