LIVING AREA
The light-filled living area is detailed with coastal-inspired decor, a 50” smart TV, and ample plush furnishing.
The ottoman folds out into an extra chair or fully extends to a twin bed.
KITCHEN & DINING
The well-appointed kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances including a Keurig and ample counter space to whip up snacks and meals.
Keep the cook company in the spacious kitchen, then sit down to home-cooked meals at the table for six.
BED & BATH
Sleeps up to six guests between two bright bedrooms.
The stylish master bedroom boasts a plush king bed, a 32” flat-screen Smart TV with Roku, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The guest bedroom offers a pair of twin-over-twin bunk beds, while the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
Toiletries and all linens are provided.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Step out for fresh air on your private balcony -- an inviting spot to sip morning coffee made at the kitchen coffee bar with K-Cups, sugars, and creamers provided.
Enjoy shared access to a BBQ area to grill up your favorite meals.
Take a swim in the sparkling Cypress Bend pool located just at the end of the next building or hop over to the sprawling 350,000 gallon North Tower pool and hot tub, which are also available for use. Pool decks and the hot tub are open year-round. The pools are open seasonally for swimming (unheated).
A complimentary beach shuttle runs every hour from 9-5 Memorial Day to Labor Day, and on the weekends in April, May, and September. The shuttle transports you between the condo, the beach (46th Street & South Ocean Blvd), and the North Tower pool and hot tub and Marina Bar.

Guest amenities include complimentary dedicated secure Wi-Fi, parking, coffee bar, beach chairs, beach umbrella, streaming capabilities, games, a high chair, a Pack 'n Play, toiletries, a hairdryer, and a private washer/dryer. We also provide starter supplies of basic necessities like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry soap.

This condo is located on a championship golf course at Barefoot Resort. You’ll find miles of biking and walking paths on your doorstep, and the beach is only 2.5 miles away.

Other things to note
Parking notes: There is free unassigned parking for 2 vehicles. No parking passes are required. Please note that Motorcycles, RVs, and Motorized Scooters are not permitted anywhere in Cypress Bend. Golf carts are permitted for short periods of time but are not allowed to be parked there overnight.
The unit is located on the third floor. Elevators are not available.
Ring doorbell camera is on premises to monitor number of guests. The community also has security cameras in common areas of the complex such as the entrance, pool gate, and trash compactor.
No parties. Guests are limited to the number elected at the time of reservation. If you need to change the number of guests, please modify reservation or contact us. Guest who booked the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
Quiet hours are from 11pm to 7am per the City of North Myrtle Beach Noise Ordinance.
Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the unit or on the balcony (both front breezeways and back balcony).
No firearms may be brought into the condo.
POOLS:
A guest pass is provided for both the Cypress Bend pool and the North Tower pool and hot tub. Lost passes are subject to a $250 replacement fee as assessed by the community association.
Cypress Bend pool- The pool deck is open year-round but the pool is only open for swimming April 1st to September 30th from 9am to Sunset. The pool is not heated.
North Tower Pool and Hot Tub- The pool deck and hot tub are open year-round. The pool is open for swimming April 1st to September 30th from 9am to Sunset. The pool is not heated.
Shuttle service to/from the North Tower Pool and the beach is seasonal from April-September.
