Beautiful and walkable

This area is scenic and easy to get around.
Relax with the family at this top floor condo that sleeps 8. This 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath condo is located beside one of the 2 pools at Beachside Villas. This is the most quiet building with the least amount of traffic. The master bedroom has a king size bed, balcony, walk-in closet & private bath. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and closet. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds, a closet and access to the jack-and-jill bath. You can walk to the public beach or you can take our free beach shuttle 9-5.

The space
The fully equipped kitchen boasts all new cookware and dishware, along with a Keurig coffee maker and crock pot. There is seating for 8 for those large, family dinners, including seating at the counter. The beautifully decorated living area has plenty of seating, as well as a queen sleeper sofa.

Guest access
Guest are allowed two parking spaces and parking passes will be provided for each vehicle.

The door to our unit has a keypad for keyless entry. Entry code will be provided on day of check-in.

Other things to note
There is a free Beachside Villas golf cart shuttle service that runs mid March through October 9am-5pm that will take you to and from the public beach/Eastern Lake outfall or Walton Dunes Public Beach where you can rent beach chairs from the beach attendant.

This condo is located in building 12, which is the furthest Beachside Villas condo building from the beach, but it's also the most quiet building at Beachside Villas with the least amount of traffic. It’s also a top floor unit, so you don’t have to worry about noise from above. It’s about 1000ft walk to the beach which is around 5-8 minutes . We provide a beach wagon if you choose to walk to the beach rather than take the golf cart shuttle to the Eastern Lake Public beach.

Also included in this unit is free wifi, Roku Smart TV’s in every room which have live TV, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and Disney plus. Full washer/dryer, a pack-n-play, hair dryers, a guest closet with beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and a beach wagon. Outdoor amenities include two pools (one heated seasonally), lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard court and charcoal grill. A dedicated workspace with a usb-c dock, dual 24” monitors, along with a keyboard and mouse.
