If you are booking a multi-family vacation that provides everyone with ample private space, look no further than this family-friendly guesthouse! Just steps from the beach and minutes from Flagler Avenue, your family will feel right at home.

This entire guesthouse boasts two fully separate units (each with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen and open concept living/dining areas), allowing families traveling together to maintain their own privacy and comfort, while still enjoying time together.

The space
We are located in New Smyrna Beach's "Boardwalk" neighborhood on Beachside. From the property, a beautiful white sand beach (public access beach) is located at the end of our street (only a 5-minute walk). Additionally, Flagler Avenue (shops/restaurants/bars) is less than a half mile walk through our quiet neighborhood (with sidewalks the entire way). We are also a quick 5-minute drive away from Canal Street (additional shops/restaurants).
