Recently refurbished the apartment has a double bedroom and bathroom upstairs with the living/dining area and kitchen downstairs (open plan). The sofa bed can be made up as an additional double bed. There is a classic dining table with 4 chairs and sideboard. The kitchen includes a hob, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer.

Ponta Delgada is on the North Coast of Madeira with its pool complexes, good Levada walks and local amenities. Seixal beach is 17km away and Porto Moniz is a further 5km. Ideal for those who like to escape to a more rural setting away from hustle and bustle of a city. It is about 30 minutes by car from Funchal and about 55 minutes to the yellow sandy beaches of Machico and Calheta. Equipped to a high standard with fibre broadband, cable TV channels and WiFi, it's suitable for short and longer stays.

The winter rainfall on the North Coast of Madeira is higher than the South Coast and the temperatures are lower. In the summer, it is usually very warm without being too hot but heating is required some of the winter evenings to avoid feeling chilly.
