Comfy bed for better sleep

The room-darkening shades and extra bedding are loved by guests.
Cozy 750 sft 2/1 3.5 miles from the beach near restaurants & great nightlife! Best for only one or two people.
We live on the same property but in a separate home.

Fenced-in backyard for pets. Included are all necessities. 2 Queen beds, a dresser, a tv, a stocked kitchen, towels & linens, and beach gear. Wifi and a Roku TV. We always greet you with some snacks to enjoy! Laundry is available with requests for longer stays beyond 3 days.

The space
This is a small happy Cottage and is best for couples or a single person. If you need to use the second bedroom/bed- you must message me first as there will be an extra fee for extra persons beyond 2 per nightly stay. The entire home a 2/1 is for our guests. The only thing shared is the front yard where we park as well and the laundry room. Both rooms have a queen bed. The 2nd bedroom has a desk. The house is convenient to all, shopping, restaurants, beach, and interstate. We live on the property and we take care of all the fruit trees so you will see us around. We are quiet and both work full time.

Guest access
The entire home is yours. Laundry is off the carport and can be used by guests with stays longer than three days but must message me first to select a day to launder. Laundry is available upon request for stays 3 nights or longer. There is a small back yard is fenced for pets.

PET FEE- needs to be paid at the time of booking. The pet fee is $85 per pet per stay for stays 28 days or less.
FOR 90 day STAYS.-PET FEE IS $30.00
If you have a pet, the couch and chairs will be covered to protect them. We have had instances with muddy pet feet on the furniture so this helps. Also, the comforter on the bed will have a sheet to protect it.
Guest over 2.. $20 per night. No more than 4 people in the unit. This fee must be paid before arrival. I need to know if there will be more than 2 people.
If you book and do not read the rules first and agree you might be asked to cancel. No guests under 25 unless prior approval by the Host. If you have dogs, you must let me know first and be approved before booking. If you do not have reviews because you are new, tell me a little bit about yourself, tell me why you are coming and from where, and provide your full name, age, and guest's full name and ages. Since we live on the property, we vet our guests.
We aim to please! We have beach chairs and towels. Everything is close by. We prefer quiet people as it is a quiet neighborhood and have a great relationship with our neighbors. We love pets, just clean up after them, please. Please let us know how many are coming as this is best for two since it is a small home but up to 4 can come with extra fees.

Wife, mom and adventurer! Husband and I love that we live in paradise! We bought our little cottage and live in a tiny home in the back of the property we our two doggies. We love to travel and enjoy kayaking and geocaching.
