With Classic Comfort as well as designer form and functionality, our Caribbean showplace is an exceptional find for a variety of adventurers. This one-of-a-kind condo spans both the top two floors, providing sweeping vistas of both primeval jungle and crisp turquoise waters. Simply put..."Fabulous!". Secluded. Quiet, and with easy beach access just steps away, all 3 private guest rooms come together to create the perfect getaway for 3 couples or a mature family group of 5 to 6.

The space
Your vacation home away from home is beautifully furnished with a combination lounge area, breakfast bar and fully stocked kitchen including a special dispenser for filtered drinking water and automatic ice, and an automatic dishwasher. Each individually designed guest room has a work desk and a dedicated full bathroom with plush amenities. There are 3 flat screen Smart TV's, one in each of two guest rooms and one in the common lounge area. For your convenience, there's even a stacking washer/dryer.

Two jungle and one ocean balcony are constant reminders of why you have come. Featuring a private beautiful open-air sea view penthouse on the 4th floor with an entertainment area where you can enjoy the incredible views of the sea from sunrise to sunset. A covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill and dining area* for 6 is all you need for those lazy evenings at the beach.

Our unit is only 1 of 2 that have a reserved parking space. It is also an end unit, so you will have the best privacy.

SantaMar has 11 shared pools. The rooftop pool for our building is adjacent to our unit.

The SantaMar community has 24/7 guard service. There are 2 guard stations on property, one is at our building and the other at the gym/pool building.

Other things to note
Why is our SantaMar truly the hidden treasure you desire? Santamar is located at the end of a dead-end gravel road. There is no "drive-by" or "drive-through" traffic.

Even more special, this rooftop condo is at the end of the 117-unit complex. Yet, there are major resorts (ask about the day passes!) located to both the north and south of your exclusive peninsula hideaway. Part of the charm and wonder of this place is being away from the masses, but a short beach walk away to beach bars and restaurants.

A rental car is highly recommended. A full service grocery store is only a 20 minute drive away. We will welcome you with clean drinking water (up to 20L). You will be responsible for subsequent refills which are quite convenient to obtain.

A hidden paradise in the tranquility of Akumal Playa, with a select number of great restaurants. You'll be two miles from the original Akumal Pueblo, a great place to pick up some basic items and enjoy the authentic pueblo food experience.

You'll be just 30 minutes north of downtown Tulum and 30 minutes south of the bustling coastal town of Playa del Carmen. For food and beverage supplies, you're 20 minutes from the main supermarket, Chedraui, with everything to make you feel at home ... or on vacation!!

Ten minutes away by car you'll find the renowned Jungle Fish Restaurant and Beach Club, an oceanfront beach club with a sundeck, infinity pool and table service, including a lively beachfront bar (with awesome margaritas!). You can also hike there along the famous Akumal Trail, less than a mile from Santamar.

Just across the main access road, you'll find one of the five top-rated golf courses in all of Mexico, the PGA Riviera Maya Golf Course (fees apply). And during the day, you can visit the Tao Wellness Center & Tulum Country Club with workout facilities, yoga, and a lap pool (for a small fee).

You will be surrounded by nature all the time, close to the sea, in a safe and familiar environment. There are many tour options in the surrounding area including cenotes (a 10-minute drive), ruins (a 30-minute drive), a selection of beaches, and much more. You can also skip the car and take paid transportation with or without a guide to learn about the local culture and history.
