San Lorenzo Sunrise is located in the popular south Palm Springs neighborhood of Tahquitz River Estates. With it's mid-century homes and palm tree lined streets, this neighborhood is just over 1 mile south of the downtown Palm Springs strip. It is bike and pedestrian friendly with many shops, restaurants and entertainment options nearby and offers a great example of the Palm Springs lifestyle. The vast back yard includes a large green grass lawn with a grapevine arbor covering a brick patio with dining for 10, a large salt water pool and spa with fireplace, a separate shaded lounge area with comfortable seating and a fire-pit, and citrus-trees around the perimeter. The mountain views are stunning from the property.
The space
At San Lorenzo Sunrise you’ll experience Palm Springs living at its best and decompress into full vacation mode as soon as you step inside.
The large, open concept living area consists of a den with sectional seating and a large TV for group viewing wit Sonos sound, leading into a large dining area with a separate coffee/tea bar that includes Keurig, drip coffee and Nespresso coffee machines, and teas to satisfy many palettes, and then leading into a large sitting room with more sectional seating and comfortable club chairs surrounding the indoor fireplace and dry bar with dual wine and beverage refrigeration.
The great room is complete with a Sonos sound system for indoor entertainment. The entire great room is flanked by French doors and floor to ceiling windows looking out onto the lawn and pool area.
The kitchen is off the great room and has been freshly updated with brand new everything. High capacity Jenn Air appliances and fully stocked for all of your vacation needs.
There are bedrooms on either side of the home, east and west. The west with 2 en-suite bedrooms, and the east wing with 1 en-suite primary bedroom and 2 additional bedrooms with a hall bathroom serving the 2 bedrooms and guests in the home for a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 baths.

This oversized suite off the Den on the west wing features a king-size bed. Its own private ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and shower/tub combo. The bedroom has a smart TV, closet and dresser, and also contains the closet housing the washer and dryer.
Suite 2
The bedroom is off the Den on the west wing. It features a king bed, closet & dresser, a smart TV and ensuite bathroom. This bedroom features separate A/C unit. There are French doors that lead out to the back yard.
Suite 3
This primary suite located on east wing of the house features a king-size bed, ample closet space w/ dresser, ensuite bathroom with dual vanity. This bedroom also has a smart TV and French doors leading out to the brick patio.
Bedroom 4
This bedroom features a Queen size bed with a dresser, closet and a smart TV.
This bedroom shares the hall bathroom.
Bedroom 5
This bedroom features 2 twin beds with a dresser, closet and a smart TV. This bedroom shares the hall bathroom.

Other things to note
**During summer months, thermostats cannot be turned below 72 degrees.
Cameras are located on the property. Doorbell camera at front door, and gate cameras on each side of the property. No cameras are pointed at any private areas of the property.
The pool is a salt water pool.
The pool can be heated for a fee which varies depending upon the time of year. We will discuss this with you upon booking or can quote it for you ahead of time. Pool heat is usually needed from November – May of each year. Spa heat is always complimentary.
This is a no smoking rental.
Palm Springs has a few rules around renting in our city. These rules apply to ALL short-term rentals in the city and are not our house rules, however we must inform you of these rules and apply them to your rental per city law. To summarize:
~ You must be 25 years old to rent/Responsible party must present copy of ID.
~ No more than 2 people per bedroom allowed (10 adults for this house, plus 2 children under 12 on approval)
~ No more than 4 cars can be parked at the house
~ No OUTDOOR music allowed 24 hours per day (indoor music cannot be audible at the property line)
~ A separate contract is required (in addition to the 3rd party booking company contract)
~ Must provide an email address
