Stay above the beach shop! Located at the mouth of Sandy Neck Rd, enjoy a fully furnished apartment with all the amenities. Get your Cape Cod vacation started!

The space
The unit consists of an open living room/kitchen with smart TV (Roku TV where you can log into your own accounts) and a couch that pulls out to full sized bed.

Next there is a bathroom with shower stall, and in the hallway a small utility closet with a compact washer/dryer for your convenience.

The bedroom has a queen sized bed and secondary exit to rear staircase.

Please feel free to use the outdoor space around the shop as well. We have a few picnic tables set up, especially handy on days when we have a food or coffee truck on site! You can also feel free to use our fire pit, but please make sure to bring out a bucket of water (hose in back by your entrance) and clean up any trash you bring out.

Other things to note
This apartment is located above (we think) Cape Cod’s coolest beach shop, with lots of great gear and essentials right downstairs. Nearby Sandy Neck Beach is famous for its off road, drive on beach community, which makes our shop a lively place to hang out with professional beach goers, but full disclosure, it can be fairly active into the evening, particularly on pleasant Friday and Saturday nights when the shop stays open late to serve the Jeeps and Broncos coming off the beach at 10pm curfew and looking to air up their tires and grab an ice cream for the ride home. We ask all to be respectful of the guests upstairs, and because the curfew is strictly enforced, the wave is over by 10:30pm at latest, but it can be on the noisy side. That said, feel welcome to join us out by the bonfire and toast some marshmallows…you’re on vacation after all!
