Sandyland is located in the Prominence South community of Watersound Beach, FL. It is a professionally decorated three bedroom plus bunk room, three and one-half bathroom, fenced yard, two car garage home that comfortably sleeps eight. The floor-plan has two main bedrooms (one up and one down) plus a third queen bedroom and bunk room (containing two twins) on the second floor.

The space
Sandyland is a well-maintained vacation rental home in a family friendly community on the south side of 30A.

Your rental will come with access to four beach bikes, six beach chairs, and a golf cart for your use. Beach access is a quick walk or ride to the local public access points or the picturesque Deer Lake State Park.

As part of the Prominence neighborhood, guests can take advantage of the resort style pools, ideal for winding down after a day of exploring the areas beaches.

The Big Chill and HUB Shops are just steps away from this property and offer a unique dining, entertainment, and shopping destination for everyone. This includes the only 25 ft Jumbotron in the area for family movie night and game days.

A large and open living area, screened porch, and fully equipped kitchen makes the home ideal for those who want to relax after a fun day at the beach or shopping. The large fenced yard is perfect for bringing the family pet.
