THE SPACE
This is a studio condo (approximately 341 sq ft) that’s clean, comfortable, and easy to settle into for a week or longer.

LAUNDRY ACCESS
There is a coin-operated laundry room on-site within the condo complex, just a short walk from the unit.

We provide a few laundry pods so you can easily wash clothes during your stay or before heading home.

IMPORTANT NOTES
· There is a 6-night minimum stay due to local regulations
· This unit is well-suited for both vacation and work stays
· Many guests book close to their stay dates, especially for travel or work needs

TRAVELING WITH OTHERS?
We have multiple units in the same complex. If you're traveling with friends or coworkers, you may be able to stay close while having your own space.

Other things to note
We recommend considering Airbnb's travel insurance at checkout when booking if you have concerns with your trip. Their policy covers trip cancellation (including weather/hurricanes,) travel delay, medical, and baggage issues. Hurricane season is June 1-Nov 30.

Neighborhood highlights

We’re in a quiet spot on the beach between the Pier and the Port. You’ll love having more privacy on this part of the beach away from the large public parking areas, but still being close to the fun. You can see the cruise ships coming and going, and of course all the rocket launches and landings at Kennedy Space Center/Cape Canaveral.
