Welcome to the Sand Hill Hideaway! Get the friends and family together in this beautifully-designed, newly-constructed West Asheville home, close to everything this wonderful city has to offer. Walk into the main room with an open floor plan and you're greeted by a pair of mid-century modern couches that are great for spending time together (one featuring a pull-out bed if you need some extra room) and a large 65" TV with AirPlay and Chromecast so it's easy to watch a movie or catch the latest game. Don't forget to check out the pin-able map where you can mark your hometown and see where other guests have visited from!

The dining area seats 6 comfortably, and is the perfect place to enjoy each other's company while you cook, dine, lounge, or play one of the provided board games. Just outside the dining area is an outdoor deck with a Blackstone grill that's perfect for BBQing.

In the chef's kitchen you'll find brand new stainless steel appliances, and all of the cooking tools, accessories, and spices you'll need to create an amazing meal. We wanted the kitchen to be functional and familiar, so we made sure there's everything needed to host your friends and family. While you're there, grab a cup of coffee from the Keurig, or brew an entire pot to share with everyone.

On the main floor you'll find the primary "Boho Room" bedroom, designed to be a calming place to relax and unwind after a long day of touring the town. With an ensuite bathroom, dual vanity, rain shower head, and large walk-in closet, you'll feel right at home and ready to relax. Plus the king-sized memory foam mattress is a comfortable way to end your day!

Upstairs you're greeted with a desk that's perfect for getting work done, or planning out your next adventure. The second bathroom is shared by the two additional guest rooms, and also features a rain shower head.

Step into the "Music Room" bedroom, and you'll instantly sense the influence of Asheville's musical roots. Grab a record off the wall, start up the turntable, and relax to one of the many artists that we've hand selected to enhance your stay.

The final "Parkway Room" bedroom was inspired by one of Asheville's most famous attractions, the Blue Ridge Parkway. With plants adorning the walls, neutral-wood furniture, and some locally-inspired accessories, it's the perfect place to plan out your next waterfall hike or parkway drive!

Each bedroom features its own flatscreen TV with AirPlay and Chromecast, and a Smart Home Hub that acts as your personal concierge. You can use it to get recommendations for our favorite bars and restaurants around town (including a few secret locations that are off the beaten path), learn more about how to operate the home, or just stream music to its bluetooth speaker. Each bedroom also features a charging station on each side of the bed, making it easy to keep your devices charged up and ready for the next day's adventure.

In front of the house you'll find a cute cafe table on the porch that invites you to sit down and enjoy an intimate conversation, or sneak away and relax for a bit.

There's ample parking for multiple vehicles, and an August lock with keypad and app-enabled entry for easy access to the home.

The home features extremely fast wi-fi for getting work done, or streaming all of your favorite shows and games at the same time, and a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry while you're here. Our goal is to make this home feel like your home, so we'll do everything we can to make sure you enjoy your stay!

Guests have access to the entire home, except for the unfinished basement that will remain locked for the duration of your stay. There is also an owner's closet downstairs, and a linen closet upstairs that remain locked, as they are storage for extra supplies.
