Sam's Place OKI is waiting to host your family this year! This home is perfectly located on NE 43rd Street - a short walk to access the local beaches in the heart of the island.

Enter the home where you'll find the open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen - perfect for hanging out with the family. The gourmet kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances and tons of cabinets. Fully stocked to cook all your meals!

Have your meals around the huge dining table (also perfect for family game time) or relax in the large living room. Head out to the front screened porch and sip your favorite beverages, or hang out back on the deck and patio with new charcoal grill and fire pit.
