The complex was designed by the architect Cesar Manrique, so the south-facing orientation means that in the pool area and in the apartment you won't feel the island's famous wind.

Costa Teguise, Canarias, Spain

The complex was designed by Lanzarote architect Cesar Manrique and completely renovated 1 year ago.
As a good connoisseur of the island's wind, Cesar Manrique designed it facing south, so although Lanzarote is a very windy island, in the complex you hardly notice it, and you can enjoy the private terrace, common areas and the pool without the wind bothering you.
The area is residential and very quiet. It is close to volcanoes and 900 meters from the coast (beaches, promenade, leisure area with sea views, water sports, etc.).
Also a few meters away you have a medical center, pharmacies, a children's playground and the fishing village of Costa Teguise.
The feeling you'll have in the complex is CALM.
