THE BEST DOG-FRIENDLY STAY IN ORANGE BEACH
This is one of very few Orange Beach homes with real space for your dog. The property sits at the back corner of the Summer Salt community, right next to a large open lot — plenty of room for your dog to run and decompress after the drive down. The entire community has sidewalks built for walking, and poop bags are provided. Dogs are approved with prior notice (2 max, under 50 lbs).
THE HOUSE
Inside, the home feels bigger than it looks. Soaring ceilings, an open-concept living and dining area, and colorful coastal decor that guests consistently say looks even better in person than in the photos.
The fully stocked kitchen handles big family meals without a fight over counter space: gas stove and oven, dishwasher, blender, Keurig and drip coffee maker, full cookware, and starter supplies included — dish soap, trash bags, and paper towels ready on arrival.
Four smart TVs, fast WiFi, room-darkening shades, and washer/dryer in unit — everything you need to actually relax for a full week.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK
This is a newer Orange Beach home. Newer homes in the area use grinder pumps for plumbing. Please flush toilet paper only — no wipes, paper towels, or other items. If pipes gurgle or a red indicator light activates on the side of the house, notify us immediately through the app.
Trash pickup is Tuesday and Friday. Bins are in the carport. We have a trash service that handles rolling bins to and from the curb — no action required from guests.
WiFi network: Madison Liv Collection Guest (open network, no password required).
PETS
Dogs are welcome with prior approval. Two dogs maximum, under 50 lbs each. A pet fee of $100 per dog applies and will be added to your reservation. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 charge per pet plus any applicable damages.
Please clean up after your dog throughout the community. Poop bags are provided at the property.
AGE REQUIREMENT
The primary guest must be 21 or older and present for the duration of the stay. ID may be requested. Reservations made by or for guests under 21 will be canceled without refund.
NOISE AND NEIGHBORS
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This is a residential community — please be respectful of neighbors. No parties or events.
DAMAGE WAIVER
A non-refundable damage waiver of $39 is included with your reservation. This covers accidental damage up to $799. It does not cover negligence, intentional damage, pet damage, smoking indoors, or lost items.
NO SMOKING
No smoking or vaping inside the home or on the covered porch. Violation results in a $250–$500 remediation fee.
