Guest access
The driveway accommodates private parking for 2 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.

The neighborhood has a quiet, secluded feeling, yet you are steps from the pool area, 30Avenue, and can easily bike to the beach!

Other things to note
Security deposit is $500.
Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Maximum occupancy (8) is strictly enforced.
If any bikes are lost or stolen during your stay, renter will be charged in full to replace.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.

Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters' security deposit, and if above $500 will be collected from renters.

Owner can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
