Elevator and free parking for 2 cars. New dishwasher and hot water heater for 2025 Free internet + 3 Roku TVs.

The space
This 3rd floor condo provides a kitchen with oven, fridge & microwave. A spacious common area with sofa bed and Roku TV + DVD player. The oceanside bedroom has a full bathroom and a king size bed. The bayside bedroom has two full-sized beds and a full bathroom off the shared area. The patio overlooks the ocean. Full-size washer and dryer. 1100 sq. ft. The cleaning fee includes fresh towels and bedding.

Host or Co-host will forward a unique four-digit code with instructions for the electronic front door lock 24 hours prior to arrival. Roku TV will be in guest mode, so bring your passwords for your streaming services.
