This classic carbon neutral villa at Maurice River is picturesque, serene, and surrounded by nature at its best, thus a perfect spot to host a party or small wedding while staying. There are plenty of leaves or green surroundings to appreciate and indulge in its 3+ acres natural habitat. Sai Villa is perfect for hot tubbing, barbecuing, and drinking wine (or beer) to your heart's content. About Sai Villa
It is beautiful out there and Sai Rakshit’s outdoors is unparallel. Outside you'll find Trager Wood Grill for cooking delicious food, an 8-seater Fire Pit, 7-seater Master Spas hot tub, to enjoy the sunsets and chirping birds. Quite but water fountain Goldfish-Pond (feel free to feed the fish for good luck, fish food is hiding behind the rocks for you to find), Fruits & Vegetable gardens (depending on season), Colorful Orchid Green House (feel free to water the thirty plants but don’t pluck the flowers), green, open & safe wooded area for relaxed trekking & camping, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 7-mile drive north takes you to the Vineland Mall for best-in-class shopping, dining & retail + grocery stores. Take one of the house-provided kayaks out for a spin on the water. With cozy interiors, and AT&T Wi-Fi, it also doubles as the perfect workcation outpost.
The space
Guests enter through the door between the garage and the house. There are two steps leading into the house. In total, there are three bedrooms in Sai Rakshit Villa and the 4th Bedroom is the entertainment room.
The Family Recreation Room (the colorful, musical & happening 4th Game Room or the lounge).
The door opens to the Entertainment Room or the Billiards room. It has a CHASEY for sleeping, round table with 4 chairs for cards game, an independent full bath, fireplace with 2 red comfortable chairs and everything you expect for your entertainment i.e., Cooler with complimentary soda & water, 75 Inch state-of-the-art OLED TV with complimentary Netflix & Amazon access + the Dartboard to help you practice hitting the doubles. In this room there are four lounge / high (bar) chairs and a pool table. Test your Cue skills besides proper stance, bridge, stroke, grip & alignment so that you are on your way to mastering the next stage of your pool journey. Fireplace in the Entertainment room is exotic & fully functional, so do not forget to test your log burning skills from Boys Scouts days during winters.
The Master Bedroom (1st Room)
From the Entertainment cum lounge area, you step-up to the common passage area. On the left side is the Master Bedroom. It hosts Two queen beds with a dresser. It also has a Sofa-bed. The Master Bedroom is big enough to host 2 California Closets in the dedicated Closet-room within Master bedroom. All additional mattresses, towels, pillows, blankets are kept here for your use. This area can hold your large journey suitcases & extra belongings without disturbing the decor of your master bedroom.
The Kids Bedroom (2nd Room)
The kids’ bedroom is colorful and decorated with kids' interest & safety in mind. The bunkbed is welcoming and can sleep three kids. The ceiling fan is covered, and changes colors based on kids' interest (Boy or Girl). There is a Crib for our super young guest too. This room has its own closet, so that kids feel at home.
The 3rd Bedroom (Office Space & Guest Room)
The second family or friends will find this room cozy. It has its own 2 large closets and Office Space.
The Master Bathroom
It caters for all the 3 bedrooms and the living room. The Master Bathroom of Sai Rakshit is nice, clean and delivers the role. Thanks to 2 full-size bathrooms in the villa, there is no pressure on guests.
The Kitchen Area (+ Dinning)
The Sai Villa Kitchen is fully functional and equipped with all modern gadgets i.e., Whirlpool 2 door Fridge with access to chilly water + ice, Kitchenette Stove, Coffee Maker, 2-sided sink - 1 sink with kitchen disposal machine for rinse-cleaning and other for normal use, microwave, Owens, and kitchen utensils. The kitchen area is big and houses a 5-seater high-rise dining Table overlooking the patio & Maurice River. Kitchen items include dinner plates, bowls, drinking glasses, coffee mugs, utensils, basic cooking tools, mixing bowls, measuring cups, pots, pans, serving dishes, cutting boards, grilling tools, dishwasher & toaster. There is access from the kitchen to an outdoor area that leads to Outdoor Patio, Fruits & Vegetable Gardens, Backyard woods and mini-golf green patch.
The Laundry Room
The Sai Rakshit Villa Laundry room is Large. It houses Iron board, Iron, state-of-the-art, non-cord, emergency vacuum cleaner + Washer & Dryers. Kitchen Supply, Home Supply could be kept here easily. Access to Laundry room is via kitchen.
The Living Room (+ Dinning + Entertainment)
From the kitchen, you walk into the living room or vice- versa. The Living Room houses a large couch, a love seat, the coffee table, flat screen tv and one lounge chair. There is also a dining table that seats four people.
The Sun Room
From the Living room, you could walk into the Sunroom. Monika loves this place. It is the perfect place Sun-bathe during winters when outside world is covered in white snow, Maurice River is looking cold and yet the 4-6 seating Sunroom is welcoming warm and hospitable.
The Firepit & Grill Area
It is for you to use and enjoy. No Extra Charge. We provide firewood for you to use. Pls. clean the Trager Wood Grill after use and cover it back. The first round of wood fuel is on us. If you are an avid grill / BBQ enthusiast, the next bag of fuel could be purchased from Home Depot or Lowes, a 7 miles drive north to Vineland Mall. The grill, The Firepit and the Picnic table, all overlook the majestic Maurice River.
The Rose Garden, Water Fountain & Goldfish Pond.
It is for you to enjoy. Pls. don’t pluck flowers. Yes, do feed the hungry gold fishes.

All parts of Sai Rakshit Villa on Maurice River is open and available for yo to enjoy paradise. We provide a temporary door code the morning of your arrival.
You could swim in the river (on your own risk), you could go for the romantic boat ride from your personal boat deck to enjoy Maurice River, you could fish, you could enjoy fire-pit, you may challenge your friends and family over pool table or ping-pong game in the entertainment room or you may decide to embrace nature and set-out for walk-trail in the safe, secured 3 acres of green woods or you could just sit on the bench to enjoy sun setting across mesmerizing Maurice River to wind-up your lazy day (one of its kind site in North America).
Or take ride to famous blue Atlantic Ocean beaches of South Jersey by driving east for 30 mints
Or explore your luck at Atlantic City Casinos by driving east for 30 mints
Or visit nearby malls, vineyards, restaurants etc. by driving north ... all within a few miles.

Other things to note
The Internet & Mobile Signals
• Though Sai Rakshit has Satellite Internet with Wi-Fi, it does not have the super speed. Yes, you can still enjoy Netflix streaming videos or Zoom Call. Sai Rakshit is situated on the Maurice River with hardly any population, thus no national Internet Operators I.e. Verizon Fios / Comcast Xfiniti has put underground cable to provide high-speed internet. Hopefully, things will improve soon as Maurice River Township is working on it.
Liability
• Sai Rakshit Villa is situated on Maurice River, you are welcome to go boating, swimming, or fishing or kayaking but any water activities must be taken up at one’s own risk. We the hosts are not responsible for any accident or liability due to any accidents, mishaps, or injuries due to any outdoor or indoor activities during your stay.
• We have provided 1 Kayak for guests to use but as stated above, no liabilities whatsoever be entertained by hosts. We welcome guests to bring their own fishing poles or Kayaks.
Garbage Disposal
• Upon departure / Check-out, pls. drop your garbage into trash cans (dumpster) located near Grill area (for Grill trash) and near Green House (villa trash). The garbage must be disposed-off in the provided Black Trash bag (bags are in the Laundry & kitchen). We do charge $250/bag left behind for us to clean up.
Windows & Doors
• Please keep in mind Sai Rakshit Villa is located on Maurice Rive, NJ 08332. We ask that guests keep doors & windows closed, so as not to let bugs and critters get inside the home. The house has central air so there is no need to open windows or leave doors open. We do provide fly swatters in the kitchen pantry. During summers, should you want to open the doors to step out or enjoy the outside environment, pls. ensure that bug-stopper is hinged / closed so that flies, bugs, bees, birds etc. cannot enter the house.
• Sai Rakshit Villa is equipped with Anderson Doors & Windows. Pls. follow the instructions given by the Property Manager on your arrival or per the YouTube Video as these doors are tricky to open or close. You are advised never to open windows.
STORM POLICY:
• Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. No refunds will be given unless The National Weather Service or Government Agency orders mandatory evacuations. Dates of rentals are guaranteed (exception: Act of God, e.g., fire, mandatory evacuation due to hurricane) when deposit has been received. In the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" event due to storms we will not grant refunds. New Jersey weather in the summer can be unpredictable. We recommend travel insurance whenever possible during these months. Check with your local insurance provider for details on your options.
