The space
The suite is located in the beautiful, well-maintained Selva Romantica complex. It is the only suite in the complex with a view of the Los Muertos Pier.

We are constantly trying to update the suite - brand new comfortable KING Size bed, new bed linens, towels, glassware, etc. Fresh new colourful art. New kitchen table & chairs. We think youĺl like the changes.

We are Airbnb clients ourselves and use other properties when we travel, so we have a good idea of what people want and need to have a pleasant stay.

The kitchen has a very unique design. The balcony is part of the kitchen. When you open the shutters, you have a very pleasant outlook over the mountains and towards the ocean. Many of our guests love having breakfast in the morning or drinks in the afternoon at the table while enjoying the "outside" while being inside.

We provide the basic utensils for cooking on a stovetop (no full oven, but there is a separate toaster oven), microwave, toaster, blender, glasses for wine and margaritas etc., coffee maker, fridge etc.

The suite is on a small hill between Olas Altas and Basilio Badillo streets (it is a small local hill, not the big hills behind town). It is what allows us to have great afternoon sea breezes and good views. There are also some stairs to get into and out of the complex. So if you have serious mobility issues, this is probably not the suite for you.

Guests have access to the suite, palapas, gardens, pools and fitness centre.

The complex has several entrances allowing easy access to both Olas Altas and Basilio Badillo.

Other things to note
You can occasionally hear roosters and maybe even a donkey in the distance and potentially some construction noises.

While the complex is very quiet, it is not completely noise-free anywhere in the area.

Neighborhood highlights

Puerto Vallarta is divided into several "colonies" (colonias). They are neighbourhoods. We are located in the Romantic Zone (Zona Romantica) in the Emiliano Zapata colony.

The area is known as the gay heart of Puerto Vallarta. We are within very close range of several gay bars and the gay beach (Blue Chairs/Green Chairs).

No vehicle is necessary - you can walk everywhere. Bar hopping between happy hours is great fun. When hungry, there are literally hundreds of restaurants. During the winter season, the famous Olas Altas farmers market is very close.

After a long day at the beach, home is close by. Don't miss out on the panoramic pool and jacuzzi. From the pool area we have lovely views towards the old downtown and even the cruise port in the distance.
