This quaint two bedroom KING apartment lies in a historic Brooklyn building. It is fully loaded and all yours! It is in one of Brooklyn's most bustling areas, if not thee most bustling. Treat yourself to a walk in Prospect Park, or take a visit to Brooklyn Museum. This location is also within walking distance to a wealth of bars and eateries along Flatbush. Lastly, take a trip to Manhattan, its only 20 minutes away!

Important: parking is difficult to find.

The space
Want to know what it's like to be a New Yorker? This listing is the perfect place for you. The location is extremely accessible and the area is a gateway to the new Manhattan. Please have realistic expectations, we are not a hotel. Please visit our IG @RuthlessEstates to see video and more before booking.

This is an extremely cozy space. There are two bedrooms, one is a master suite, and the other is a smaller room. However, both of them have King size beds that are extremely comfortable, so you will definitely get a good night's sleep. Each bedroom has its own smart TV.

The living area is great for hanging out and gathering with friends, as the couch is huge. The kitchen is available for cooking with all new appliances, just please be sure to turn off the stove before you leave, elderly people who we care about live in the building. Again, please do not forget to turn off the stove, elderly people live here.

There is a public laundromat on the ground floor.

**Important note about our second large room, the radiator has just a slight leak. We hope that you understand that this is completely out of our control, as it is a building thing. We ask that who ever stays in the second large room please just empty the small bowl beneath it if it fills with a little water, which you may not even have to. This should not affect your trip or quality of your experience. Our goal with this rental is that you feel like you are at home, and everyone's home has a few nicks and nacks. Thank you so much!

If you decide to stay in, the options on Uber Eats, GrubHub, and DoorDash are excellent. This neighborhood is also known as "Little Caribbean" so try the jerk chicken!

There are so many places to hang out. This is an extremely fun location to be in, don't stay cooped up in the apartment!

Lastly, there is a supermarket right on the corner, literally, you can go there for all of your cooking needs, as well as laundry detergent, etc. to do your laundry. Remember, you need cash to do laundry, NOT COINS, the machine won't accept anything less than $5.
