Welcome to Villa Royal Palms-situated in a peaceful and safe SW residential neighborhood- is your perfect vacation home for some “fun” in the “sun.”
Begin each day sipping your freshly brewed coffee, and watching the sun rise in the completely screened lanai beside the heated pool! .

The space
Later, spend your day exploring the neat city of Cape Coral-home to more canals than Venice, or head to one of several near-by beaches to include Ft. Myer’s Beach, Sanibel and Captiva. Later, enjoy one of our fantastic restaurants, many within a very short drive! We just know that you will love your stay at this home.
Bedrooms:
1) primary En-suite includes a king size bed, electric fireplace, large TV and a full bathroom
2) queen size bed.
3) 1 queen size bed and a twin/over full bunkbed

1) The master bath
2) situated right between bedroom 2 and bedroom 3, has a tub/shower.

-fully equipped with plenty of dishes, utensils and cookware to prepare your favorite meals.
