This uniquely over-sized Marina Pinacate condo overlooking the Sea of Cortez is the perfect Rocky Point getaway. Step off the patio and you're at the pool. Playa Hermosa Beach is a short 5 minute walk away as are restaurants and bars.

Chill out in the hot tub or relax in spacious comfort while watching satellite or streaming programming in high-definition and prepare meals in a fully equipped kitchen. Have peace of mind with 24/7 security and free parking for one vehicle.

The space
The living area and both bedrooms feature smart televisions to access to your Netflix and YouTube accounts – 120 channels of free Dish Network programming is included. The remote controlled electric fireplace in the living room enhances relaxing and romantic evenings.

The master bedroom has a king bed, a large lounge chair that converts to a twin bed, a connecting bathroom and beautiful walk-in travertine shower with a separate vanity/dressing area. The guest bedroom has twin beds in addition to a bathroom with walk-in travertine shower.

Four comfortable chairs surround a dining table with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The large kitchen is fully appointed with appliances and utensils. There is a utility room with washer/dryer, water cooler, and pantry storage.

Guest access
If you have a car, park in the gated area near your door with 24/7 security (space for only one vehicle). On-site management personnel can assist you in English and Spanish. The complex also offers a fitness room and a business center in the lobby.

There are no elevators or hallways to travel and no limited balcony space for enjoying the outdoors. Just step through the sliding glass door to the common area which includes swimming pool, a hot tub, and a huge palapa.

The grounds are lush with green grass, plantings, and palm trees. Proceed onto the sand and play volleyball or cook on the community BBQ grills overlooking the sea. The property is on the ocean atop a seawall

The fish market and Malecon are only minutes away where you can explore shops, restaurants, and bars. You may wish to join the group that gathers there to watch beautiful sunsets on the water.
