Very cozy and lovely place to stay. Great views from the patio and a short walk to the beach. Close to town and very easy to get around. Would stay here again!

The condo was quiant and cozy. The resort is fabulous. The resort has a game room for kids with pool and ping pong tables. Kids pool was awesome and has 7 slides. The entertainment for the kids was great The beach has no rocks. poolside service was great and pricess reasonable. We had a huge balcony and the room was spacious. I also enjoyed the fact the gym was located on the 2nd floor. I had no issue s.

I absolutely loved everything about our stay. The condo was beautiful and spacious, the beds were comfortable the views where breath taking. I couldn’t be happier with this vacation and how helpful and friendly our host Megan was. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

Great beachfront property just steps from the water! It was our first time visiting PP and we were a little concerned about safety, but the town and the property were both very safe and we never felt uncomfortable at all. Master bedroom is huge! Very relaxing stay.

We stayed there with another couple, and we appreciated so much the layout of the bedrooms, where both were in the front of the unit, facing the ocean and the spacious patio. The condo had everything that we needed and was a joy to rent. The developer is constructing three more high rises, immediately adjacent to the Verano unit, and that resulted in some annoying construction noise during the work days– not enough to ruin it, though. You kind of get used to it.

We truly enjoyed our stay.The apartment was spacious, clean with a beautiful view.Tana was accommodating and responsive. I would highly recommend her property.

Third floor close to the stairs (but not noisy) for easy beach and parking access. Great ocean views and wave sounds from patio. Resort has a huge pool (heated on 4-6,7) and swim up bar, with friendly staff. Also nice to have a metal security screen at rooom entry to let breezes through. Clean, brightly painted, beach chairs and towels. And everything works ! Great weekend

We had an amazing time at this condo! The communication with the host was friendly, clear, and incredibly responsive from start to finish. The condo was spotless and equipped with high-quality kitchen items that made cooking easy and enjoyable. The beach toys were a fantastic bonus—our kids loved them! We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Pati, who is part of Hyerin’s team, was kind, friendly, and very proactive in answering all our questions. We highly recommend this place!

The place was very clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for family. The location is excellent. First floor with direct pool and beach access. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Our Five-Star Experience at Sonora Sun Our first visit to Rocky Point and our stay at Sonora Sun exceeded our expectations. The condo, adorned with charming beach-themed decor, was impeccably clean and comfortable. The highlight was undoubtedly the stunning ocean view and the cozy lounges on the spacious balcony. The sound of the ocean was music to my ears. The on-site spa was a delightful treat, and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing massages. Additionally, the property features a pool and a restaurant, adding to the convenience of our stay. The town, just a 10-minute drive away, boasts a variety of fantastic restaurants to explore. For those seeking an effortless getaway, the drive from Arizona was smooth, and the beach view provided the perfect escape. I highly recommend this rental. Thomas went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we hoped for and more.

The stay was great Fred answered all of our questions very quickly and helped out with everything! The place was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful definetely recommend this place to anyone!

Heated pool was well worth it, It was windy and cold but we were still able to enjoy the pool, staff really friendly they made the experience really easy and fast. I’ll definitely would like to stay here again :

We had a great stay! The condo was beautiful and plenty of space for our family or 5. The ocean view from the balcony was amazing. Will was a great host and promptly took care of any additional needs. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was great for my family and friends. We thought the fully stocked kitchen, extra towels and bathroom soaps were a great addition to the condo. Although the beach is a little bit of a walk, it was nice to walk and enjoy the weather. Same with the pool and it being within walking distance and heated! Thank you for having us!

My guest and I really enjoyed Brenda’s place. She is VERY responsive and super nice. We also ran into her husband during our stay who is just as friendly. From the space, to the property, and privacy everything was perfect. Ants in the kitchen even with 0 food around. But again definitely worth the stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Russell's place very much! The kids had a blast, despite the fact that the pool was construction. There were plenty of things to do at the resort. We just wish that the resort was not in the middle of nowhere.

We had an amazing stay at Nikki’s place. From the moment we stepped into the condo, we knew we were in the perfect place. We didn’t want to leave. There was a power outage for a couple of hours, but Nikki had a gas grill in the balcony and that allowed us to continue with breakfast. Also, we had an issue with the restroom and it got resolved almost immediately. Tessoro condos are a great way to disconnect from everything since it’s far but close from town. The Place is always under maintenance and you can see they put a lot of work into it all the time. We want to thank Nikki for opening the doors of their home to us.
