A mid-century marvel nestled away in a creekside garden, this Rockridge oasis offers a retreat from the world while also being steps from the center of everything! A sense of relaxation fills the space, whether you are working from the cubby-filled office just steps from the back deck or bathing in the sunken tub. Once you arrive, you feel like you are in a world set apart, but the best of everything Oakland has to offer is just a few blocks away!

The space
The house offers 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, central living and dining rooms for gathering, a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, and a washer/dryer for your laundry needs. There are two off-street parking spaces. A sofabed in the livingroom accommodates two guests. Route 24 is close to the house for easy access to anywhere in the Bay Area, but the property is set back and down enough to be surprisingly quiet.
