Welcome to The Ritz-Karlen! Our charming one-bedroom apartment nestled in the serene countryside just north of Ocala. Situated on a sprawling 10-acre equestrian property, this apartment offers a tranquil retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Situated close to the World Equestrian Center, CHI University, Majestic Oaks, & HITS Post Time Farm! Our guests enjoy easy access to top-tier equestrian events, competitions, and training facilities.
The space
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy and well-appointed open concept living space, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Adjacent to the living area is a charming dining space where you can enjoy delicious meals prepared in the thoughtfully equipped kitchenette, complete with all the essentials you need to whip up your favorite dishes (or you can dine out, we don’t judge LOL).
A bookworm's paradise! The apartment features a large bedroom, furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed and adorned walls of bookcases ensuring youll never be without the perfect book. Sink into the plush bedding and experience a restful night's sleep, ready to take on new adventures in the morning. The bathroom offers a large walk-in shower, ensuring you start your day feeling rejuvenated.
A roll away bed is available for guests traveling with three or more guests. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like the bed to be prepared for your arrival.
Our guests have access to a shared laundry/mudroom where you will enter, allowing you to conveniently freshen up your wardrobe during your stay. In addition, you can cool off and soak up the Florida sun at the shared pool, located just steps away from your door. Take a refreshing dip or lounge poolside with a good book, savoring the peaceful ambiance that surrounds you.
- Equine boarding services are now available at our neighboring farm. We warmly invite you to reach out for further details and booking information.
-The Ritz-Karlen is home to our two pups (Amber & Penny). They may bark from time to time when you are coming and going. Please do not engage with them while they acclimate to your presence. If you have any issues, please notify us immediately.

Through an exclusive partnership with our fabulous personal shopper, our guests are offered the opportunity to have their temporary home stocked with everything they need prior to their arrival. From groceries to beach supplies and everything in between, our guests are able to tailor every detail to their preferences and requirements.
To take advantage of these bespoke services, simply inquire at the time of booking or inform us one week prior to your arrival.
