Welcome to Resting Beach Place, a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bath Oak Island vacation home offering comfort, space, and all the amenities you need for a memorable beach getaway. Located less than a mile from Oak Island’s south-facing beaches and just five blocks off Middleton Avenue, this 1,500 sq. ft. home puts you close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and everything the island has to offer.

With parking for up to 4 vehicles and plenty of garage space for kayaks, canoes, and beach gear, arriving and settling in is easy. Beach chairs and toys are provided for fun-filled days on the sand. After your adventures, rinse off in the outdoor shower, relax with a good book on the screened porch, or enjoy the fully privacy-fenced backyard — perfect for family games, kids, and pups to play.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen is designed for gathering and cooking together. Featuring brand-new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, farmhouse sink, and plenty of cookware, dishes, and storage space, you’ll have everything needed for meals big and small. Coffee lovers will appreciate the 12-cup drip coffee maker, Keurig, French press, bean grinder, and plenty of mugs. A toaster, blender, microwave, and both gas and charcoal Weber grills are also available.

The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area creates a comfortable space for everyone to relax. Enjoy the 65” Smart Roku TV, high-speed 1GB fiber WiFi, and a spacious dining area with additional seating at the bar — perfect for morning coffee, family meals, or evening drinks.

When it’s time to recharge, choose from three spacious bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed, ultra-soft linens, extra pillows, a 65” Smart TV, private workspace, walk-in closet, and large en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a king bed, smart TV, and generous closet space, making this home ideal for two families. The third bedroom includes two queen beds, a desk, Smart TV, and plenty of room for luggage. The updated main bathroom features a new shower, granite vanity, and hair dryer.

Minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old.
Up to 3 dogs are welcome. No cats or other pets accepted.
Washer and dryer available for guest use.
Hand soap and dish soap provided.
Shampoo, bath soap, and laundry detergent are not provided.
Starter supplies of paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and toilet paper are provided; additional supplies may be needed during your stay.
