Your Quiet Coastal Retreat Awaits! Bring your friends, kids, or dogs to this new luxury home. The home and beaches are dog-friendly! FULLY FENCED YARD + NO PET FEES! 3 bedrooms, 2 baths-Sleeps 8, perfect for 2 families. Open concept living, dining, & fully stocked kitchen, and screened porch. The dogs and kids have room to play in the fenced backyard with new patio. Beach chairs, high speed wifi, tv's in all rooms, outdoor shower! Linens included & arrive to beds made.

The space
Less than a mile to Oak Island’s south-facing beaches, Resting Beach Place is the ultimate 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1500 sq. ft. home with tons of amenities. Sleeping 8, this home is situated 5 blocks off Middleton Ave, close to everything.

Plenty of parking (up to 4 cars) in the front driveway. Ample space in the garage to store canoes, kayaks, and all your beach gear. We offer a selection of beach chairs and toys for a day on the sand. When you come home, rinse off and rejuvenate in the outdoor shower. Cozy up with good book and a cup of coffee on the Screened in Porch. Enjoy a game of catch with the kids, or fetch with the pups in the fully privacy fenced backyard.

Inside, you’ll find a fully-equipped cook’s kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counters, a farmhouse sink and plenty of counter and storage space to spread out. A 12-cup drip coffee maker, Keurig machine, French press, bean grinder and plenty of mugs will make sure you are well-caffeinated for the day. A 4 slice toaster, blender, microwave, gas AND charcoal Weber grill are also available. Extra cookware, silverware, and dinnerware, and glassware fill the cabinets so you are not constantly washing dishes.

The kitchen is part of open concept living and dining room where the whole family can spread out. A 65” Smart Roku TV has local channels and is wifi-equipped, ready for your streaming service subscriptions. The dining room has a bar area with plenty seating - a perfect place to enjoy breakfast or your favorite adult beverages. The dining room table can seat up to 6 (extra chairs provided). The home’s wifi is 1gb Fiberoptic and that can power all of your devices.

When its time for bed, pick your favorite spot to retire. The primary bedroom has a huge en-suite bathroom, a king bed with extra pillows and super soft sheets, a 65” Smart TV, and desk with office chair, and plenty of storage in the dresser and walk-in closet. The 2nd large bedroom also boasts a king bed, large closet and smart tv making this home perfect for 2 families. The 3rd bedroom with 2 queen beds, a desk and chair, 39” Smart TV and plenty of storage for suitcases. The main bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and updated with a new shower and granite vanity.

- Washer and dryer is available for use during your stay.
- Hand soap and dish soap are provided.
- Shampoo/bath soap and laundry detergent are not provided.
- Some paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent/packs and toilet paper provided to get you started, but you may need more during your stay.
