Nice apartment with excellent views of the famous staircase of the Contarini del Bovolo Palace (15th century monument). In the heart of Venice, 5 minutes from the Rialto Bridge, St. Mark's Square and the Accademia Bridge. Brand new and fully equipped. Great for couples or families. Located on the ground floor with independent access. The Rialto vaporetto stop is 4 minutes away. There are 3 supermarkets, a pharmacy, cafes, bakeries, restaurants and shopping area within 4 minutes.

The neighborhood is downtown. With numerous monuments, shops, and restaurants. The Contarini del Bovolo court is a quiet corner in the busy downtown area. Ideal for being in the most touristy area and being able to rest at the same time. Very close to the Teatro de la Fenice, less than 4 minutes away.
