Welcome! This is our personal home — not a hotel — and we’re so grateful to host respectful guests like you. 🙏 The cleaning fee covers standard turnover (laundry, sanitizing, light restocking), but we kindly ask you to treat the space with care and leave it tidy for the next guest. This helps us maintain a peaceful, well-loved home and keep costs reasonable for everyone.
We believe in being transparent and fair about additional cleaning fees — they’re only applied in rare cases where the home is left in a condition requiring significantly more time or effort to reset. See below for what we kindly ask.
🔐 Security Cameras
For your safety, exterior cameras are installed at the front driveway, and the left and right side entrances. No indoor cameras.
👟 Shoes-Off Policy
To help keep the home clean (especially for crawling kiddos 👶), please remove shoes indoors. A shoe rack is at the entry and indoor slippers are provided on the wall rack.
🎉 No Parties
Parties and events are not permitted. This is a calm, relaxing space for respectful stays.
🔇 Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a restful stay for all.

We’re located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Please keep voices, music, and activity respectful. Noise complaints may result in fines up to $500 and possible reservation cancellation.

❄️ Snow & Weather Policy
We do not offer refunds or booking changes due to snow, weather, or travel delays. Reno can experience unpredictable conditions, and we highly recommend adding Airbnb Trip Insurance at checkout (usually under $50). It covers illness, storms, travel issues, and more — giving you peace of mind if plans change. ❄️🛡️
🔥 BBQ Grill
A propane BBQ grill along with propane tank is available for your use. Please clean it after use — a $50 fee applies if left dirty or greasy. 🍔🧽
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Need a little extra time? If available, we offer early check-in or late check-out for $25 additional per hour. Just send us a message and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
💰 Additional Cleaning Fees (Fair & Transparent)
We aim to keep the standard cleaning fee affordable and fair. Additional charges are only applied when the home is left excessively messy or damaged, and we appreciate your care in helping us maintain a quality experience for all guests.
