Was clean and the AC was amazing. Check in was great. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked. Lots of space. Bad area of town.

Very conveniently located unit in Incline. The host, Mike, is very friendly and responsive at any time of the day. We needed to extend the stay by an hour, and he generously offered to extend it as long as we needed. Owners are definitely eager to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend!!

Kathy and Leo were very gracious hosts! Their home was cozy and spacious and offered my family a wonderful and cozy experience for our ski holiday. We are so thankful for their hospitality!

This house is big and beautiful and so clean! Bruce was very easy to communicate with. The beds were comfortable, the layout felt spacious, and the downstairs game room was a huge hit! Plenty of room for the family, and plenty to do. Two downsides were- the WiFi was out during our stay, Bruce did his very best to help fix it but spectrum had messed up the lines prior to our visit and couldn’t come fix until after we left; and other downside was the televisions were very challenging for us to work. We eventually got one to work on our last day. These two things just gave us more opportunity to spend better quality time. The kitchen was well stocked as well, and the house had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

June was a wonderful host. She came by to show us the place and helped us check in. The place had everything we needed as a group of 4. Great amenities. June’s instructions were extremely clear and she also provided us with recommendations. Would highly recommend the property and June.

The place is very cozy, comfortable, and relaxing. It is located in a very peaceful neighborhood with close access to great spots near the lake.

Our second time stay (and when we decided to go to Tahoe, this was the first place we checked to see if it was available!) - this time we traveled with more of our family! just an absolute gem of a place, perfect for a long weekend or longer stay at Tahoe!

We had a quick one night stay as we passed through Reno. Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. Our kids especially loved the toys and games upstairs after a long day in the car. Everything was clean and well stocked. We didn’t have time to explore the area, but the next day the location was great for getting a coffee at a local shop and hoping back on the road. We would definitely stay here again.

In line with our expectations and was spacious and well organized. There are a few steps that we had to consider for our two-year-old that was running around. And there is not a flat yard, but we kind of expected that given the location - hard for child and pet play.. with that said… the inside and Deck are very nice and the master bedroom with king bed made it a very relaxing experience. We found the fireplace in Grill amenities to also be very nice contributions to the experience.. we will come back

Our second time here. Always a great stay for our horse show. Very convenient and relaxing.

Michael Todd & Kara's place is a magical property. Their house is super comfortable and spacious--as advertised/photographed. What stands out is all the outside space/true forest/mountain vibe; starting with the wrap around deck accessed right from their kitchen. And then the property they have is truly a retreat in the woods with a creek in their backyard! It was so relaxing/serene. Michael was very proactive in communicating up front; so we could plan our trip properly. He had great restaurant recommendations and went out of his way to help us enjoy the Incline Village beaches. We love Incline Village as a place to stay in Tahoe and now we love their wonderful home as a place to (hopefully) stay again.

We were super comfortable during our stay in Reno. Would definitely recommend for other families.

We had a wonderful stay at Bill & Helen's condo. Helen was a perfect hostess, checking in with us to make sure everything was OK, arranging for a mid-stay cleaning because we stayed a month, making sure we were warm enough during an unusual cold snap, and just in general being a really sweet person. The kitchen is very well stocked with every cooking item we needed and we cooked in a lot. It is very comfortably furnished and we felt right at home. The Raleys is an easy walk, as are many restaurants and even the lake. We used the complex tennis court & hot tub which was close by. Music on the beach was a fun activity. I would highly recommend this condo. We loved staying in Third Creek so much that we are buying a condo there!

We had another great stay at Mary’s house- she is quick to respond with any questions and helpful with suggestions in the area. The house is very clean and as described- our family had a great time and look forward to another future trip!

Perfectly situated, access to all amenities needed, clean, quiet, and convenient.

Stayed over a long weekend to explore snow fun along Mt Rose Hwy. The condo is in a great location for that and also for easy access to everything in Incline Village. The condo was really spacious for the three of us, and the kitchen had everything we needed (and more) to make all of our meals. Would stay again!

Diana's place gave us a beautiful home at the "lake" to gather with our adult children. The unit is as described, spacious, and well furnished, especially the kitchen. We enjoyed eating together at the large dining table. The one shower took some coordination simply because we all prefer showers. The steam shower was a huge hit! We survived the hot spell with the help of multiple fans for each room. We appreciated the extra beach chairs and plentiful beach towels. We found the path through the woods to nearby restaurants and shopping. Diana was a great and responsive host! We would return again and would highly recommend.

Great condo; enjoyed our stay there. One negative is the stairs. And this is petty, but there is a type of molding strip on the front edge of each step that is uncomfortable to walk on in bare feet. But we survived!

Loved this condominium. Super close to the ball fields and supermarket. Beautiful location and nicely appointed. Very cozy for our family evenings in. Plenty of things to do in town though. Thank you so much for a great trip!
