This property is a street to street lot and has 2 driveways from both streets which lead right to the ocean.
The master suit opens to a private sunset deck in the back for stunning views of the sunset. Located in Emerald Beach, you will be in the perfect location for your vacation. Tall vaulted ceilings with beautiful crown molding. Four bedrooms offer comfort for all your guests.

The space
The master has a King bed with double sink vanity and custom tiled shower. The living room and bedrooms all have high ceilings , recessed lighting, and remote controlled fans. Rich luxury vinyl plank floors flow throughout the home and are the perfect compliment for the fully stocked custom kitchen.

A fully paved driveway allows you to bring your ATV/UTV down and park it under the house no problems or you can rent our golf cart!

- Linens included: 1 towel per guest; all linens for all beds: sheets, pillows, quilts etc; kitchen towels, hand towels, washcloths,
- Extras Provided: Trash bags, 2 rolls of paper towels per stay, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom per stay, Dish soap, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, laundry detergent for linens.
