The Purple Parrot is a lovingly maintained home right by the beach in the heart of OKI. A 4 minute stroll (w/ no busy roads!) lands you right onto the beautiful Oak Island beach! You will be close to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and parks.

The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking at home a breeze, but if you are looking for a vacation from preparing meals, plenty of restaurants are right nearby.

The space
Single level living! Step right outside and enjoy the spacious deck and wooded yard.

Inside you'll find a newly renovated open concept family room, kitchen and dining area with natural light throughout (including a couple sky lights).

Two full bathrooms so you'll never have to wait your turn.

Three sizeable bedrooms with closet space and dressers.

Master bedroom has an attached bathroom and Roku enabled tv.

A fully enclosed outdoor shower is located on the back porch.

Shed access is provided for you to store any items you bring. There are also beach chairs you are welcome to enjoy!

Linens are included.

Kitchen is fully equipped with drip coffee maker, Keurig, air fryer, toaster, crock pot, George Foreman grill, bake ware, cookware, cooking utensils and pots and pans.

Board games and child toys are available for your enjoyment. A booster seat and tray is provided for the little one at meal time. A pack and play can be found in the bedroom closet.

Guest access
Starting in 2023, beach accesses will be paid parking only April - September each year. $5/hr, $20/day, $80/wk. There is no cost to park in the driveway and walk to the beach!

Beach access is only a 4 minute walk without needing to cross any busy roads (south of Oak Island Dr - on the water side on the island).

Several shops and restaurants are only a short walk as well. Of course driving is always an option.

You will be provided with a code for keyless entry, but keys will also be available for your convenience.

This location is hard to beat!
