Fully equipped newly renovated townhouse In the old part of Puerto de Mogan, with an absolutely fantastic location, 100m to a child-friendly sandy beach, close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc.
Puerto de Mogan is a very charming fishing village / seaside resort with marina / harbor with sailboats and fishing boats.
Many restaurants, bars and a very charming atmosphere.
The house is on 3 floors:
Ground floor: Hallway, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with toilet, shower and sink.
1st floor: Living room with sofa, balcony, a fully equipped kitchen and dining table with chairs,
2nd floor: Bedroom with double bed, bathroom, w / toilet, shower, sink, and a washing machine and a terrace with a fantastic view of the beach, the sea, the city and the mountains.

I bought the house In March 2021 and fully renovated in 2022

Guest access
The house - 3 floors - is located on the street level, which means that there are no stairs to the house and by the way no traffic, it is pedestrian zone.
There are no parking spaces for the house but many parking space very close to the house.
Max. 5 minutes on foot to the bus station, with buses driving all day long - till around the island, Las Palmas and the airport about 1 hour to the airport.
The house is not handicap accessible.

Lomo Quiebre, Canarias, Spain

Puerto de Mogan is a charming old fishing village, with many restaurants, shops, supermarkeds, bars, pharmacia, banks, Marina for Yachts and fishing boats and a nice sand beach (children friendly).
The pharmacia and sand beach, we can see from the house.
We also have a bus station, max. 5 min. on feels, where the bus drives to citys around the islands plus too and from the airport and Las Palmas it takes about 1 hour from the airport to Puerto de Mogan.
