Comfortable social interest apartment with the basics and essentials for a pleasant stay, whether for rest or work, family place in a private condominium with two double beds, fans in bedrooms and air conditioning only in the living room, stove and refrigerator, TV with wifi. We are located in the Real del Palmar development about 17 minutes from Punta Diamante and its beaches (Puerto Marques, Revolcadero, Bonfil and Barra Vieja). And 45 minutes from downtown.

The apartment is basic but comfortable, it has everything you need for a quiet and family stay.
