Primrose Cottage is set within walking distance of the centre of this popular Georgian market town of Richmond in North Yorkshire, conveniently situated on the outskirts of a quiet car park, free on site parking is offered with a permit.

Surrounded by the stunning Yorkshire Dales, this quaint stone built cottage offers a fabulous base for two from which to explore the area. You can enjoy perusing the quirky independent shops, delicious tea rooms and wonderful pubs serving a hearty meal.

The space
As you walk into Primrose you will enter a light airy sunroom with a view over the patio, with seating for 2. You can hang your coats and kick off your boots before entering the open plan living area. A comfy 2 seater sofa sits opposite the wall mounted smart TV. A well equipment modern kitchen with oven and hob and all the cooking utensils needed, Breakfast bar and stools, with also the option of more formal dining on a small table and chairs. The bathroom offers a large walk in shower. The bedroom has a zip-link bed made up as a Super King (Can be singles upon request) with a wardrobe, bed side tables and chest of drawers.

The outside utility room offers a washer/dryer and small freezer and cleaning products.

Guest access
You have use of the whole cottage and enclosed patio area. Parking for one vehicle outside the property, further free street parking approximately 50 yards away. We will provide you with a free parking permit.

Other things to note
For the comfort of all our guests who stay at Primrose Cottage, smoking is not permitted indoors.

After a busy day exploring our beautiful town why not try and catch a performance at the incredible Georgian Theatre Royal. Built in 1788 it is amongst the oldest working theatres in its original form, it is both a thriving community playhouse and a living museum.
