The space
Welcome to this waterside Paradise Lakes studio, a comfortable second-floor retreat for two with a king bed and a private screened lanai overlooking the fountain.

The open sleeping and living area includes a king bed, leather rocker recliner, 55-inch Smart TV, dresser, walk-in closet, and mirrored wall. A private mini-split system gives you direct control of the air conditioning and heat.

A dedicated desk, lamp, charging access, and high-speed Wi-Fi make it easy to use a laptop during your stay.

The kitchenette includes a sink, microwave, two-burner cooktop, mini-fridge, blender, toaster, slow cooker, Keurig, drip coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils. A full-size refrigerator on the lanai provides extra storage for longer visits.

The bathroom features granite counters and a tub-and-shower combination.

On the screened lanai, two chairs and a table face the water and fountain. Elevator access and a private combination code assigned for each stay add convenience from arrival through checkout.

The Paradise Lakes Resort Club is the central hub within our community and contains 6 pools, a sports bar, a night club, restaurant, gym, volleyball (sand and water) and has various daily & nightly activities.

You would be responsible for day fees to use the amenities inside of the resort.

A golf cart is also available for a modest additional charge, making it easy and fun to get around the Paradise Lakes community.
