The Coastal Casita at Regency Towers puts 8 guests in a 3 bedroom and 2 baths on the gulf, with direct sand access, a heated pool, splash pad, and hot tub steps from your door. The 2nd-floor side location means no elevator waits and carts to load right beneath the unit - more time on the beach, less time hauling gear.

The space
The Master bedroom has a king bed, the second room has two queens (great for couples or older kids sharing), and the third room has two twins a perfect kids’ room. Two full bathrooms handle a group of 8 without the morning crunch. The bright coastal living area flows into the dining space and full kitchen - cook breakfast before the beach, feed hungry kids after it, or just keep the coffee going all morning with Gulf views from the living room.
