Beautiful house with a beautiful view! Perched above Powell with a wonderful view of The lake & mountains, with a nice porch with which to enjoy the view! We have an oversized 2 car garage, & room for a boat in the driveway.

This is NOT the typical current day generic ABNB, this is our home. We work hard to make it feel like home! Kitchen is very well stocked.

We are dog friendly, but we request a pet fee of $75 prior to your stay. please let us know that you have dogs at booking.

The space
3 nice comfortable queen beds, big living room, and a well stocked kitchen that has nearly anything you need. Spices, oils, flour, coffee, sugars, pancake mix and syrup, oatmeal, ketchup, mustards, dressings, hot sauces, bbq sauces.... we don’t want you to have to go buy these little things that you need to make a nice meal, what’s the point in a nice kitchen when you can’t use it properly? We have quality nonstick cookware, and also well seasoned cast iron for those that prefer that!

We also have wireless chargers in living and kitchen, and wired chargers that work with every type of phone & Ipad (micro usb, type C, and lightning) in each bedroom.


There is Netflix, hulu, disney+, and Prime in the living room, and in each bedroom.

Guest access
You have access to the entire property. There is a locked cleaning/ supply closet in the kitchen, other than that it’s all yours!

Other things to note
We also have a 24’ surf boat available as a package, a 2021 Moomba Makai that is set up to make a big beautiful wave and have tons of room for everyone, we have a captain that will take you sightseeing, surfing... whatever you want without the worries of launching, damaging the boat, or finding your way around! Prices vary by season, shoot me a message to inquire, we’re $1950 a day for guests and we do multi day discounts.
