Perfectly situated holiday home on the south coast of Dorset, direct coastal views all over Poole Harbour,1 minuet walk to the park and beach, outdoor rental 5 mins away, with E bikes pedal kayaks, stand up paddle boards etc. just ask Dave for info , Poole quay 5 mins away, sandbanks 15 mins away, Bournemouth 15 mins away. So much to do so close right on the Jurassic coast.
This property has been used for a wide range of guests, and due to its amazing views and back drop, it has attracted guests from channel 4, filming cookery programs, model photo shoots, music recording and video, yoga venue, keep fit retreats, wedding venue, (Italian villa), social / work groups and holidays. Our beautiful modern interior balances the needs of contemporary living with a prefect family atmosphere. The open plan living area gives plenty of room to rest and play with fabulous views. The house has a full length south facing balcony, a sunny rear garden with a coal chimney style bbq area,(don't forget your preferred cooking coals),an optional Hot Tub seats 6-8 and exterior Sauna seats 4-6 (£200 each for the duration of your stay),exterior shower for those sandy days at the beach opposite your accommodation.

The house has 5 bedrooms, consisting of, 2 double bedrooms 1 au suit, 2 twins, one with TV, lounge/ chill out area,
1 quadruple au suit, Three bathrooms and two additional toilets in total, two kitchens.
There are two kitchens,1 upstairs and 1 smaller one downstairs, ideal for when you are in the garden or for a private chef, also the twin bedroom /lounge downstairs, this is a great large room for the kids to play or watch TV or DVD while the adults can lounge around upstairs.
Also there is a games room with Sep wc, where you can play pool, table tennis and air hockey.
There is a separate utility room with two washing machines and two tumble dryers. Outside drying area. and a outside shower.
NOTE
We also have a new Optional Hot Tub and Exterior Swedish Sauna , available from £200 each or £300 for both for the duration of your stay. Don’t forget to bring extra towels for the hot tub if you wish.
This will be freshly filled up and heated just for you. Let Dave know at the time of your booking ,if you change your mind when you get there, call me and I will endeavour to get the hot tub or sauna up and running. After every check out the tub is emptied and cleaned, only prepared for those guests that require one.
We also have for your use,4 kayaks 2 Paddle Boards and 2 fishing kayaks for the pro who wants to catch a Bass or two right outside your house, (FREE) with some wet suits ( best to bring your own) and a choice of buoyancy aids. (See pics)
Walk them across the park and explore the Harbour, it's amazing. Only competent adults and children, should indulge in this activity. Before going on the water check on the weather and tides before going to far. You are welcome to use these completely at your own risk, and we can not be held responsible for any accidents. All lose or damage must be paid for.

4 mountain bikes and helmets, to explore the area, 2 x 17" frame (youth-adult) and 2x19" frame (adult), quick release adjustable seats on all 4. Locks provided, If you require E bikes, these can be hired from around £40 per day they are great fun for going to places like sandbanks and exploring the local area effortlessly.
Directly opposite your accommodation, you can find a new children's paddling Pool, lovely safe beach, massive park, children's play area, free tennis court, and beach cafe, a great addition to your holiday.
We are always here to help in every way we can, from ideas for places to visit, or places to eat out, just ask.
We only live down the road, so if you need us to pop in to chat through a few options I would be very happy to do so, we want you to enjoy the area to the max, there is so much to do and we don't want you to miss out.
We also work in conjunction with Adventure pirates who are a outdoor activities club great for the kids and the big kids.
Please note : we can only except Monday to Friday and Friday to Monday during the kids summer holidays over August. You can also book 7 nights in a row.
If you need extra accommodation or this property is not available we have a large Manor house and a smaller cottage in the woods in Lytchett minster 5 mins drive from this property
2 miles away sleeps 8 which has a great big garden , sports log cabin and a adventure centre next door, Great outdoor bbq area, also a 6 berth caravan at Rockly Park which is a 5 star Haven holiday resort just 5 min up the road, ask Dave for details.
Although we already have very high cleanliness standards, and my wife and I take care of the change overs ourselves, I would like to reassure our guests that every effort is taken to thoroughly clean using antibacterial products on all surfaces during each change over.
