This ocean-view, newly decorated condo is located in downtown historic Kailua-Kona. Ideal for a single or couple, this stylish, minimalist, chic condo is a short walk from countless bars and restaurants, and serves as a great launchpad for your Big Island adventures. Enjoy ocean breezes and magnificent views of Kona sunsets over the Pacific from your private lanai. The condo is a three-minute walk to the ocean and Ali'i Drive.

The space
The condo features sliding doors between the bedroom and living area that can be closed for privacy, or opened to accommodate an open-air living space. Though A/C isn't needed thanks to ceiling fans and the ocean breezes that run through the space, the unit offers a new LG smart air conditioner. The living space includes a smart TV with complimentary cable. The private lanai off the living room offers incredible ocean and sunset views.

The kitchen features stainless steel Haier appliances (fridge and oven), and includes the essentials you need to make your morning coffee or a meal (coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, pots & pans).

The bedroom offers a high-end, king-sized mattress for a comfortable sleep after a long day of exploring. In the morning, enjoy ocean views from the bedroom. The modern bathroom includes a two sink vanity and a large shower/tub that is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Kailua Village is a secure complex located in downtown Kailua-Kona, offering a pool, grill, and laundry (pay with the PayRange app). The condo comes with a dedicated (free) parking spot.

Please note that due to the recent Kona Low storms which cause substantial damage across the islands, our laundry room is currently not operational. We recommend Tyke's Laundromat if you do need to do laundry while staying here.

The complex is one block from downtown Kona, including bars, restaurants, and the beloved Kona Farmer's Market.

Please note that although there is an elevator up to the unit, there are 2 sets of 4 stairs between the elevator and the unit.

You will have access to the entire space other than the locked owner's closet.

Other things to note
You'll find the closet fully stocked with everything you'll need for a day at the beach: beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, and snorkels.

Hawai’i charges a total of 14.962% in taxes on short term vacation rentals, this will be included in your total.
