The house consists of the following:

· 5 double rooms, each with its own full bathroom, and the rooms are named after the pets we've had in our lives:

o PERCY: Two queen beds, one adaptable with child safety rails, full bathroom, ceiling fan with remote control, air conditioning, dresser, and closet.

o CHAVO: Two full beds, full bathroom, ceiling fan, air conditioning, closet, vanity with mirror, private terrace with chairs and table.

o PELI: Two full beds, full bathroom, ceiling fan, air conditioning, closet, vanity with mirror, private terrace with chairs and table.

o BRUNO: Two full beds, full bathroom, ceiling fan, and vanity with mirror.

o WINNIE: One queen bed, one twin bed, one single bunk bed, full bathroom, ceiling fan, dresser.

· 5 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.

· 1 room beneath the house for support staff such as housekeepers, babysitters, etc. It has its own full bathroom, fan, and terrace.

· 1 living room with Smart TV with Roku.
