Nestled within the Norfolk Broads, on a pretty and peaceful park, the lodge is in walking distance to the river, pubs, shops, cafes and the ancient bridge of Potter Heigham. It’s also close to several beautiful Norfolk beaches and the vibrant city of Norwich.
Enjoy open plan living at the lodge in a bright, welcoming space with a well equipped kitchen/diner, shower and full bath, outside patio and decking areas and your personal parking area.

Pombard Lodge is a bright, modern and comfortable retreat, perfect for couples or guests looking to relax and explore the surrounding area. The lodge offers a spacious entrance hall, a beautifully presented bedroom featuring a brand new king size bed (2025), an en-suite shower room, plus a separate bathroom with a full-size bath - ideal for unwinding after a day out.
The open plan living space includes a cosy lounge, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, creating a welcoming home from home feel throughout your stay.
Outside, steps lead up to the decking area with access to both the main entrance and patio doors from the lounge. Here you’ll find a bistro set, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sunshine, outdoor dining, or relaxing with a drink from morning through to late afternoon. There is also an additional patio area to sit back and enjoy peaceful surroundings when you’re not out exploring.
Situated on an independently owned holiday park, guests can enjoy a quieter setting.
Please note that occasional park maintenance or improvement works may take place during your stay without prior notice to lodge owners.

The charging of electric cars is strictly forbidden (the nearest charging point is Tesco in stalham)
