We are not members of Lake Naomi and the private lake is not accessible to guests.
This 1968 retro-inspired home features 4 small and cozy bedrooms, a "great room," vintage kitchen, a lounge with a Smart TV and vintage Nintendo 64 with 4 controls, 1 bath with a whirlpool soaking tub, double standing shower, and double sinks, 1 bath with a standing shower, 1 outdoor shower, and plenty of outdoor space on the back deck and front patio.
While our house is well decorated with modern amenities, some of the original mid-century details remain intact and have not been fully renovated.
The Chalet has all you need for a relaxing stay. We provide the following:

- 6 beds total: 2 kings, 2 queens, 2 twin air mattresses
- Lofted Master Bedroom, overlooking Great Room, with a dedicated mini split AC and a king size bed

- Open floorplan and open stairwells on the second and third floors

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement that outlines house rules and guest responsibilities and provide photo IDs for all guests aged 18 years and up.
Ring security system and cameras are located on the four corners of the house, at the front entry/trash bin, and the back sliding doors. These are monitored for guest safety, bear activity, and community safety, ensuring quiet hours and guest count is respected.
Indoors we have a decibel monitoring device that measures sound levels and does not record.
Guest access
The Sedgwick Chalet and all of its outdoor spaces are yours to enjoy during your stay. Renters agreement is required for each stay in addition to photo IDs for each guest over 18 years of age.
Commercial activities must be requested.
Cuddly pets are welcome for $50/per pet per stay
Using any of our additional amenities, including but not limited to:

- Fire pits

- Bicycles
- Stair gates for pets and children

Reminder, we are not club Lake Naomi Club members and do not have access to club amenities or the lake.

We have a newly added, vintage Nintendo 64 with 4 controls with some of our favorite Nintendo games from the 90's!
We are family-friendly and offer a pack and play with a mattress and sheet for your stay.
Quiet hours: 9pm-9am during the week and until 10pm during the weekend. This is strictly enforced in outside spaces.
Only 6 guests are allowed to stay overnight. Day guests over 6 people must be approved ahead of time.
Pets stays are subject to approval at $50 per stay, per pet.
We welcome groups and families where adults over age 25 will be present. Groups with renters under 25 are subject to approval and require an additional $500 deposit.
All commercial activities are subject to approval.
Please remember you are staying at a house, not a hotel and treat our space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Our home is in a private community. Guests are expected to act as a member of the community. We trust you would treat the home, our neighbors and the surrounding area as if it were your own personal residence - with care and respect.

- Snow is perfect for skiing and snow tubing January-March
- Lake ice begins to thaw in March/April
- Tree leaves come in around mid-May
- Rhododendron, Daylilies & Lilac flowers bloom in late May through June
- Golden Rod blooms in September
- Autumn color begins around mid-September and ends around late October
- Wildlife live here too - Red fox, deer, black bears, bald eagles, great blue heron, ducks, skunk, rabbits, geese
- It can snow as early as November and as late as April
