We provide a private, self-check-in experience, but are always available via messaging if you need anything during your stay.

Guest access
We want to remind you that the speed limit within our community is 25 mph. This is to ensure the safety of all residents and guests within the area. Please drive responsibly and obey all traffic signs and signals. Any tickets issued by the community will be the guests responsibility. Please print the parking pass before arrival and display on your dash at all times. This pass will also be used to take trash to the compactor.

Guests have access to 10 wristbands that allow them to use the amenities in the community which include the ski hill, sled hill, beaches, tennis courts, pickleball court, basketball court and so much more. Please return the wristbands to avoid a $25 replacement fee.

Minimum age to rent is age 25.

Minimum days to rent the chalet is 2 days.

Other things to note
Be advised, Registration is required with the gated community and the community charges $35 per registration which includes use of amenity passes, trash compactor and parking.

Check out is at 11am

The welcome book with the wifi password, house rules and guide book are located on a QR code you and your guests will scan with your phone inside the Chalet. Please look at all this information and familiarize yourself and your guests with everything inside it.

During the summer the recreation committee has activities planned for almost every day, including arts and crafts for the very young. Other activities, (i.e.) movies, holiday get togethers) for the whole family, are held throughout the year.

We want to inform you that our area is home to a variety of wildlife, including bears, skunks, foxes, raccoons, squirrels, deer, and turkey. While seeing these animals can be an exciting experience, we want to remind you to be respectful of their space and keep a safe distance.

Here are some tips to keep in mind:

Do not approach or attempt to feed the wildlife
Keep food and trash securely stored indoors to avoid attracting animals
If you do see wildlife, observe from a safe distance and never try to touch or interact with them
We want you to have a memorable and enjoyable stay, and by respecting the wildlife and their natural habitat, we can all enjoy the beauty of the Pocono Mountains together. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We understand that pets are an important part of your family and we welcome them to our rental property. However, please note that there is a pet fee of $150 per stay. This fee is necessary to cover any additional cleaning required after your stay.
We kindly ask that you clean up after your pet both inside and outside the rental property. Please dispose of any pet waste in the provided trash cans and ensure that any damage caused by your pet is reported to us immediately.
