Other things to note
Amenities Access: We provide ten (10) badges and two (2) amenity lot parking permits. Please wear your badges and display parking permits while using community amenities. Note poconojo's accommodates up to eight (8) adults and four (4) children, but the HOA provides only ten (10) badges and two (2) amenity lot parking passes for rental properties. (Additional parking for four vehicles is available at the chalet.)
Ensure all ten (10) badges, two (2) parking passes, twelve (12) Apple AirTags, and the provided iPad are left in good condition. Fees apply for fines issued by the HOA for not wearing a badge or for missing/damaged items: $100 per badge/pass, and $50 per AirTag.
Enjoy our pool and serene lake from approximately (Wx permitting) Memorial Day to Labor Day, with closures during other times of the year. Basketball, tennis courts and pickle ball courts are also included in amenities.
Guest Allowance & Age Requirement: All guests, except children accompanied by adults, must be 25 years or older. Your group can comprise up to 12 guests (comfortably, we cannot accept more than eight (8) adults and 4 children, inclusive of infants). Day visitors must be included in the overall guest count.
Rental Agreement: We require your signature on a rental agreement. The agreement is housed within the welcome binder and is linked via SignWell. The door codes cannot be released without a signed agreement.
Security and Privacy: Note the presence of security cameras and audio recording devices at entrances and the driveway.
