Vacation rentals with beach access in Carbon County

As we left, we promised to leave a “bajillion star” review. Ronnie and Derek’s place is simply one of the best, perhaps even the best, Airbnb we’ve stayed at. Wonderful location, peaceful atmosphere, *immaculate* cleanliness, thoughtful touches (the bread and fresh-cut flowers) and kind, attentive but not overbearing hosts. We had picked their place last-minute, only to discover a location that we’ll return to again and again when needing an escape from the city. Love it and highest recommendation!

We had the best ever Polish Family Picnic Re-Union again, in the PL State Park, again staying with Ms. Elwira, Somewhere In Time! Our thanks to her, and her family, including Mona the Shephard, for creating and inspiring us to grow upward, towards and closer to God! The BEST place to stay for us!!😃

Elwira was a great host. She was very sweet. The place was clean and cozy. It had everything needed. The location was perfect to get to the park,trails and the store. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The stay at Dalias place was incredible. We were early to our reservation and she let us check in early and it was very seamless. The location is BREATHTAKING right on the lake and feels very private and homey. Very clean and very comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!!

Enjoyed my stay tremendously. It was like having a snug nest in the forest. Yet, you could hop in the car and visit nearby stores and restaurants in minutes. I especially liked the park that was just down the road where I walked my dog every day. All in all a great place.

Had a fantastic time with my boyfriend at Elwira's place! We had to cut our trip short but the time we did spend there was awesome. Elwira was very friendly and it was the perfect location, close to all our favorite spots.

Great spot in the Poconos/Jim Thorpe area. Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. Only minutes from Downtown Jim Thorpe and Penns Peak. Plenty of fun games and activities at the house for kids and adults. My daughter and I, and a few friends had a great weekend. Will definitely check this place next time I'm in the area. Highly recommend. Bill was a very responsive host.

We could not have asked for a better long weekend with family! Ariel was super responsive and so thoughtful, he had every detail covered. We truly had every single thing we needed. The house was exactly as described. Clean, spacious, so many things available for us (air fryer, board games, cooking staples, and more). The property is beautiful inside and outside. The deer walk right up to you, its truly a peaceful mountain retreat. Exactly what we were looking for! Thank you Ariel- you're a wonderful host. I hope many other families get to make memories in your beautiful space like we did.

My friends and I stayed this past weekend & we had such an amazing time. The house looks exactly like the photos, it was clean and in a great location. Tom and his team were very responsive! They really thought of everything to make our stay fun and comfortable. The house is about 30mins from some great attractions. We would definitely stay again and hopefully get to book more trips with PoconoPads!

We had a great weekend at Lakeside Retreat. Weather was beautiful. Home was clean and fit the description. We enjoyed the lakefront views, proximity to Jim Thorpe, and even took the kayaks out on the water. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house! The place was so clean and well-maintained, and the sunroom was perfect for relaxing. The hot tub was amazing, and we really enjoyed the outdoor patio with the TV and gas fireplace. Being near the lake was a big plus; we loved taking short walks and enjoying the views. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway, and we can't wait to come back!

Valerie was an amazing host. She responded when I needed help or had a question. She was concerned about me and my quest safety and didn’t freak about arriving later than scheduled. Her home is spacious and very comfortable. Everything was fairly close to her home and we just enjoyed our overall experience as first time Airbnb users. She left corn for us to feed the deer and the showed up every morning and evening like clockwork. Interacting with friendly animals enhanced our stay. I will be recommending this host and property. Can't say enough good things about Jonathan and his place. Perfect location for what my family needed - including easy access to Big Boulder for skiing and walkability to a great local restaurant. Beautiful unit that matched the listing photos and expectations. Jonathan is an extremely responsive and thoughtful host and we cannot wait to rent from him again!

We have stayed at this place several times and just love it. With it's perfect view of the lake and fantastic small touches---from their choice of large coffee cups to their choice of linens---we always feel right at home and always look forward to our return! We have stayed at three other places in the same complex over the years and this is by far our favorite!

We booked Amy’s place for the weekend to enjoy with our family of 4! We were looking for a peaceful retreat where we could enjoy nearby activities and relax by a cozy fireplace, and this Condo did not disappoint! The Condo was exactly what we were hoping for—cozy and clean, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Communication was clear and excellent. Amy’s place had a list of nearby restaurants, and activities to do with the family, which was very helpful to us. We will recommend this condo to anyone that will like to visit lake harmony. Overall, we had a lovely stay and appreciated the comfortable and peaceful atmosphere!

My friends and I had an incredible stay with Vacasa Pennsylvania. The condo was spotless when we arrived. It had all the amenities listed in the description. We were pleased by how much it felt like home. We will definitely consider staying with Vacass on our next snowboarding trip.

As we are no strangers to the Poconos....Joanne's place was the best fit for our family thus far! Her place was super clean, nicely appointed decor and her added touches such as coffee just added to the pleasure. The proximity of her place to the pool is very close and an easy walk to the beach/boating/tennis courts as well. We look forward to staying again in the future :) Leanne
