The apartment is located in Oliva Playa, 200 m from the beach. The view of the sea and the mountains is breathtaking. The apartment is spacious. The rooms are bright and designed in an open style. The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and is therefore very quiet. A pool belongs to the building. Parking is possible on the street in front of the building. There's a balcony with beautiful sunset views. On request, we may be able to provide access to a private roof terrace.

The space
The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom. There is a second bedroom with 2 single beds, and a separate bathroom. A third bedroom with a double bed can be provided upon request. An additional person can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. On request, we can also provide a pack-and-play with a mattress. The living area is very spacious. The apartment has a balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea.

It is not a problem to find a secure parking space in front of the house.

Other things to note
The apartment is on the top floor of the building, so you don't have to worry about noise from above. The view is wonderful too!
