Guest access
Pink Era Home offers easy and convenient access through the use of a Yale lock. Each guest will have their own unique code, allowing for seamless and private entry. Instructions are sent to the guest prior to arrival.

Please take a moment to review our house rules before booking. We ask that all guests adhere to these guidelines to ensure a pleasant and safe stay for everyone. Violations of house rules will result in immediate removal without refund. Additionally, a minimum fee of $100 will apply. We reserve the right to revoke access to the property at any time.

House Info:
Couches are pull out beds! Bigger couch is a full sized bed and smaller couch is a twin sized bed.
Connecting to the wifi (located by the living room couches) hover your iphone/andriod over the wooden wifi signal to gain access to password, then copy into your password into the wifi in settings!
Smart Projector: to turn on use one of the remotes or click "on" button directly on projector.
Log in to your own Netflix/YouTube/Hulu, and don’t forget to log out before you leave!
Washer/Dryer: Feel free to use! tide pods are located on the shelf above the washer.
Remotes to control the living room and glam room celling fans. turn it on with the light switch and control fan speed on remote with the numbers at the bottom
Lighting of the chandeliers can be changed from the remote too!
🚫 Damage & Theft Policy
Every corner of Pink Era was thoughtfully curated with love, detail, and intention—from the custom wallpaper to the hand-picked decor and vanity setups. We’ve spent countless hours designing a space that’s not just beautiful, but truly special—for you and every guest who follows.
Please treat the home with the same care and respect you’d want in your own space.
🔧 If any items are damaged, stained beyond cleaning, or removed from the property, guests will be charged the replacement cost of the item(s) plus a $100 administrative fee to cover time and sourcing.

By booking and staying at Pink Era, all guests acknowledge and agree to the following:
We strive to provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment, but guests stay at their own risk. The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the property, including but not limited to slips, falls, or personal items left unattended, but we will assist in recovering any lost items if possible.
Additionally, the host is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of guests’ personal belongings or vehicles during the stay
By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you and your guests accept full responsibility for your personal safety and the care of the home.
