Welcome! This cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.
Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, spices, Keurig and a few pods to get you started. Set the heat/AC to your comfort level. Need a soak in the tub? Feel free. The decks are our favorite place at the cottage. Enjoy the wild life and view of the mountains. If you've forgotten anything, chances are I have it at my home in Pine Valley.

NOTE: natural wildlife crossing. Deer, snakes, rabbit, wild turkeys, mountain cats, coyotes and foxes. We respectfully ask guest to not bring their pets, it upsets the natural wildlife and could potentially harm your pets.

Once inside you will find a welcome book with all kinds of great information on Pine Valley, the cottage and the departure info.

Pine Valley is 45 minutes from St. George Utah. There are no grocery stores or gas stations in Pine Valley. The closest service is Veyo Utah for gas. We suggest stocking up in St. George before you arrive..
