Make this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom vacation rental cabin that sleeps 15 your home-away-from-home for your Pinetop getaway. Nestled away in tall pines minutes from Pinetop Lakes Country Club, this residence offers almost 2000 square feet of living space and proximity to many year-round outdoor activities. Whether you’re lounging on the back and front porches, relaxing inside, playing games, or exploring the surrounding areas, this cabin ensures a memorable stay!

The space
This home is a brand new vacation rental built in 2018. Our home is located on a quiet street within the Pinetop Lakes Association and offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathroom with a spacious loft. Upon entering, you are welcomed by the open floor concept with vaulted, tongue and groove knotty pine ceilings and live edge wood entry table. Gather around the large dining table that seats 6, plus 3 more at the kitchen bar, after cooking a meal in our fully equipped kitchen (you supply the food), or enjoy the ample supply of board/card games to play around the table with family or friends. Relax on the most amazing contemporary sectional couch and enjoy the brand new 65” smart TV with complimentary Netflix, or use your own login for other streaming services (Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney+, etc).

Enjoy the cool, fresh mountain air on either of the front or back covered patios, grill up some food on the propane grill, or have a seat on the back deck at the table for 6 and relax under the scenery of the tall pines.

The sleeping quarters include 1 bedroom downstairs with a king sized bed, the master with en suite bathroom and double vanity sinks. The other two bedrooms and 1 full bathroom are upstairs. One room includes a queen bed and a twin size bed. The second includes 2 twin over queen bunk beds that will sleep a total of 6 people. Perfect for the kids to enjoy! The loft includes an addition twin over twin bunk bed. There are also two pull out twin frames with mattresses that can be placed in the loft for larger parties to accommodate that 14th and 15th guest.

Amenities include: high speed internet and WiFi, brand new Smart TV in living room, loft area with second living room and table for games or office work, keyless smart lock entry, towels, linens, pillows, bedding, and blow dryers in both bathrooms.
