Two minutes to the boat ramp, two minutes to the river walk and downtown, less than five minutes to Carrabelle Beach, and less than 30 minutes to St George Island. Experience this amazing gem of a town of Florida's forgotten coast. Don't cram in a small space. Enjoy 1,500 square feet and a friendly townhouse community with a pool. This is a non-smoking property inside and out.

Open concept living and dining area, three private bedrooms, full kitchen, two full baths and two decks. (One screened) The master bedroom has its own private full bathroom with a double sink. The two guest bedrooms share a full hall bath.

You will have access to the full 1500 square feet of living space. Ample parking underneath the home for boat and three vehicles.

Other things to note
The parking underneath the townhome can house a boat with a height of 10 feet. There is also outdoor water access to wash your boat if applicable. Please be respectful of neighbors as this is a townhome community. This is a non-smoking property inside and out.
